AllBoss

AllBoss Club is an 8-week, child-centered youth entrepreneurship program that focuses on self-esteem building and life skill development. Unlike other programs, AllBoss Club is project-based and focuses specifically on each child, and their unique business ideas, strengths, and interests. Coaches are specially trained to hone in on each Boss's strengths and to build on those strengths. In the first 30 minutes of each class, the Bosses learn about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking as it specifically pertains to their business. In the second part of the class, they apply this knowledge by setting up their stand or cart to play, trade, sell, learn, and connect. At the end of the program, each child will self-identify as a Boss and have a business that is unique to them. If they want to continue in the AllBoss program, they will be promoted through the ranks each season and partake in mentoring and teaching new Bosses the curriculum. AllBoss Club is an Inclusive program that adapts to a wide range of neurotypes. Developed by a North Carolina-based mother and her Autistic son, AllBoss Club creates a safe space that fosters creativity and innovation where all kids can grow, thrive, connect, and feel what it’s like to be great at something special.
