Preparing students for the future

Preparing students for future workforce paths can never start too early. Moving through the phases, K-5 students gain exposure to the vast variety of opportunity that lies ahead with career awareness. Youth in 6-8 grades become more hands on with career exploration, getting first-hand knowledge from people in the field, helping them to envision themselves in future roles. High school students have the opportunity to hone in with career preparedness, allowing them to map out a path in the direction of their goals. At any stage, supporting youth by providing guidance and experiences creates a foundation for future success!

Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness (PWR)

PWR pairs a comprehensive exploration of career options through skill-building and a basic introduction to the world of work so youth may make informed decisions at key stages in their education and career pathways.
