AllBoss Club is Effective, Fun, and Easy to Implement Right “Out-of-the-Box”
Entrepreneurship initiatives can be challenging to implement due to a lack of standards-based curriculum, inconsistent materials, and difficulty engaging uninclined or unconfident students, who often need these programs the most.
AllBoss Club streamlines entrepreneurship initiatives by certifying your staff members to teach our innovative, standards-based curriculum. We also provide your organization with all the necessary materials in our BossBundles, enabling students to "open up shop" and become " Bosses" on the first day.
AllBoss Club’s curriculum is rooted in project-based learning principles and supported by best practices in entrepreneurial education. The program fosters 21st-century skills and is flexible and adaptable to after-school and summer programs.

About AllBoss
AllBoss Club is a woman-owned curriculum and cart company. The program was inspired by the founder, Megan Uotila’s now 11-year-old autistic son, Tate. As a former VP of Instructional Technology for a leading EdTech firm and advocate for neurodiversity, she saw a desperate need for inclusive, easy-to-implement programs focusing on strengths versus deficits.
Megan is passionate about teaching educators new strategies to create learning environments that inspire, empower, and engage all learners.
