CAP is looking to highlight individuals who:
- Have developed a new program design or method or made contributions that improved a program
- Demonstrate persistence and passion in their work
- Go above and beyond their regular job duties to support youth and families
- Exemplify leadership
- Prioritize equity within their work
Nominations can be for one of the following categories:
- Program Coordinator/ Director
- Program Staff Member
- Making an Impact in Afterschool: This year’s Making an Impact in Afterschool award will highlight a program or individual that has distinguished themselves by providing innovative and responsive programming or services during this unprecedented time in our history caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
