Colorado Funding Sources

Colorado Department of Education

21st Century Community Learning Center Grants. The only federal funding source dedicated exclusively to afterschool programs, the 21st CCLC program is a federal grant program for afterschool and summer program managed in our state by the Colorado Department of Education.

Tony Grampsas Youth Services (TGYS) Program

This statutory program provides funding to local organizations that work with youth and their families through programs designed to prevent youth crime and violence, youth marijuana use, and child abuse and neglect.

The PeyBack Foundation

Created by Denver Broncos’ quarterback Peyton Manning, the foundation awards grants of up to $10,000 for youth development programs in Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, and Tennessee.
